Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct psychiatric assessments and diagnose mental health conditions.

- Develop personalized treatment plans, including medication management and therapy recommendations.

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.

- Monitor and evaluate the progress of patients and adjust treatment plans as needed.

- Educate patients and families about mental health conditions and treatment options.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Qualifications:

- Master's or Doctorate in Nursing with Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner certification.

- Valid state Nurse Practitioner license.

- DEA registration.

- A passion for mental health care and a patient-centered approach.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
